Description

The way the System 4000® Pad Washer works is remarkably simple: a wash disc is mounted on a spring in the bucket, which when pressed down by the ointment dispenser, uses a pump to spray water along with the cleaning solution onto the sponge, helping to clean it as it rotates.

The best part is: Traditional cleaning systems recycle dirty water during cleaning which is the last thing you want. This is where the design of the System 4000 Pad Washer stands out.

A pump ensures that fresh, clean water is continuously pumped in during the cleaning process. Its unique design separately decontaminates clean water in a different section at the bottom, while used water goes into a separate tank without re-contaminating the sponges.

The system is compatible with both DA eccentric and rotary ointment dispensers.
It can be used for all types of sponges (foam, microfiber, fur) from 3″ to 7″.
