MISSION POLICY

Product deliveries are only carried out within the Greek territory, within two to four (2-4) working days throughout Greece. For island destinations, delivery is made within three to five (3-5) days. In case of shipping restrictions or other exceptional circumstances, delays may occur. Deliveries are made via ELTA Courier (Door-to-Door). Shipments outside Greece are made after prior arrangement with the customer!

In order to complete the service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary details to the above company (full name, address, phone number) to complete the delivery.

In case there is no ELTA Courier store in your area, you can pick up the parcel from the post office of your area

The distribution of the products takes place from 10:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. If you wish to receive the parcel on Saturday, it must be stated when ordering as there is an extra charge. Once the order arrives at the collection address, you will be asked to sign for it in order to be delivered.

Orders are sent by courier and are subject to the following delivery charges:

  • For orders within Attica, the cost is from 2,50€ for 2 kg, +1,00€ for each additional kg.
  • For orders outside Attica the cost is from 3,00€ for 2 kg, +1,00€ for each additional kg.

If you wish the delivery to be made on a Saturday, it must be stated during the order and there is an additional charge.

Please note that in the event of a delay due to a shortage of the product of your choice, you will be informed in time of the delivery time.

The item remains in the Store for 15 calendar days from its arrival, so the recipient can pick it up from there.

After 15 days it is returned to the sender.

In case the information entered in the form is incorrect, the Company is not responsible for non-delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In the case of returning the product(s) FIRST ,contact us either by phone at 210 961 1555, during our opening hours, or by mail at [email protected], in order to inform us of the reasons for the return and how you want us to serve you.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the product(s) in its (their) original condition and if the special markings of the product (protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed, accompanied by the corresponding sales document. Returns will be accepted only after approval by the company.

The cost of return is borne by the company if the order is incorrect or the product is defective. Otherwise, the return is at your expense.
