SHIPPING POLICY
Product deliveries are made within the Greek territory, through cooperating courier companies or transport companies, depending on the region, weight and volume of the order.
The estimated delivery time is usually two to four (2–4) business days for mainland Greece and three to five (3–5) business days for island or hard-to-reach destinations.
In the event of a ban on sailing, extreme weather phenomena, strikes, increased load or other extraordinary circumstances, delays may occur, of which you will be informed in a timely manner where possible.
In order to complete the shipment, it is necessary to communicate the necessary receipt information to the cooperating distribution companies, such as name, address and contact telephone number.
Delivery is usually made on business days and hours, according to the delivery schedule of each transport company. In some areas, it may be possible to pick up from a service point or store of a partner company.
If you wish to have Saturday delivery or a special delivery service, this must be stated when completing the order. There may be an additional charge, depending on the area and the delivery company.
Upon receipt of the order, a signature or other method of confirmation of receipt may be requested.
Shipping Costs
Orders are subject to shipping costs, which are determined depending on the delivery area, weight, volume and delivery method.
For orders within Attica, the shipping cost starts from €2.5 up to 2 kilos, with an additional charge of €1.00 for each additional kilo.
For orders outside Attica, the shipping cost starts from €3.00 up to 2 kilos, with an additional charge of €1.00 for each additional kilo.
For bulky, heavy or special orders, the shipping cost may be different. In this case, the customer will be informed in advance.
In the event of a product shortage or delay in the execution of the order, you will be informed in a timely manner about the estimated delivery time.
In the event that the order remains unclaimed at the pickup point for the period specified by the respective distribution company, it will be returned to our company. Any re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The company is not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information declared during the completion of the order.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return all or part of your order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Before any return, please contact us by phone at 210 961 1555 or by email at [email protected], so that you can inform us of the reason for the return and guide you through the process.
For a return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition, without damage or use, with their original packaging and without any protective covers, tags, labels or special markings having been removed. The product must be accompanied by the corresponding purchase receipt.
The return cost is borne by the company only in the event that the wrong product has been sent or the product is defective. In any other case, the return costs are borne by the customer.
In the event of an error or defective product, the company undertakes replacement, refund or other appropriate solution, after communication and evaluation of the request.
